Chelsey's unique and impactful book: Letters to Eunoia, features a collection of mental health-themed pep-talks in the form of letters addressed to the reader. For this booking, she shares the powerful story behind the creation of this book (stemming from a week-long stay in a psychiatric hospital for suicidal ideation), reads a couple of letters from the book, and ends with a book signing.
